Undeserving.

I'll be the first to tell you that I'm a failure. Everyday of my life, I fail at some task. Sometimes, I obsess about mundane things, which is an unnecessary anxiety inducing thing. I'm a major procrastinator. I have a tendency to push people away. There is a list a mile long of my failures. I'm sure you can think of some too.

But God's grace is great. And I don't deserve it.

We've been in "fundraiser mode" for quite a while now. As I look back at all we have done regarding our adoption, I'm amazed. We are SO undeserving. Yet God has used people in our lives to bless us.

We have received so many blessings from friends and family, some we will never be able to repay. I don't want those blessings to go unnoticed. I may have said "Thank-You", but I really want you to know exactly how thankful we are for those blessings.

We received yard sale donations of epic proportions, we've received monetary donations, people have donated their time allowing me to photograph their families, many have given Bryan side jobs, and now people are purchasing t-shirts. Many of you have done ALL of these things. If I were to list the names of people that have contributed, this page would be a mile long.

All I can say is GOD IS GOOD and we thank Him daily for you all. With all of our failures, all of our shortcomings, all of our imperfections, HE gives GRACE. That grace has come in many forms for us. One, being YOU!

We just want you all to know how grateful we are for your sacrifices, and that your blessings to us have not gone unnoticed.

We only hope that we will some day be able to be a blessing to you. We also hope that you know that once our adoption is complete and we are holding our baby in our arms, every time we look at our child, you will be in our minds, because you helped our dream come to fruition.

We are forever grateful. We are abundantly blessed. We are undeserving. We are thankful.

Just a quick update on our fundraisers. We have raised $200 so far with our t-shirt fundraiser. We are off to a great start with that. Please share the information with your friends and family. That website is www.booster.com/milleradoption. You can click on the link to go to the website.

I am working on another fundraiser that will take place in July. That fundraiser is a 5K and 1 Mile Walk. If you attended the Build a Church 5K at Grace Baptist Church, this will be very similar. So, spread the word about that to your running friends! Dates and times will be announced soon.

Prayerfully and hopefully, these last two fundraisers will help us to reach our goal and allow us to pay for our final expenses. The main expense, now, will be the medication and the fee for the actual transfer procedure. We are SO close! And we are SO excited! We still covet your prayers, as well.
